Glory Bowls can have anything for ingredients so be creative as you want. The big thing is the yummy dressing.

 

Ingredients

Suggested Ingredients for the salad:
spinach leaves 
cooked brown rice
cooked chicken breast sliced or cubed
cooked beet grated
raw carrot grated 
toasted almond slices 

Dressing:
1/2 cup yeast flakes
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 cloves fresh garlic

1/2 cup olive oil to be drizzled in slowly

 

Instructions

In large individual bowls place a layer of spinach leaves. Top with the rice, chicken, then the beets and carrots, then the almond slices.

In a food processor or blender, mix all dressing ingredients except the oil and process until blended. Slowly drizzle in the oil a bit at a time. Pour over the salads.

Makes enough for 6 salad bowls.
